Rapid Prototyping


We did rapid prototyping for many companies. Primarily we are involved with aerospace development in the General Aviation sector. If the customer submitted drawings are satisfying manufacturing standards and our capacity allows, the company can tool and manufacture a prototype proof of concept wing with 8-10 m span in about two-three weeks. Although it may be more costly than conventional methods the rapid prototyping allows filtering out possible problems before the costly final tooling is made. A part that looks perfect on the drawing board or in the computer may be problematic or unserviceable in real life.



Trading


In 2004 we started our distribution business of raw materials. As we are also consumers of such materials we can ensure that the material is always fresh and far from the expiry date.

Plug & Mold making


We do have experience in the pug and mold making for both low temperature and high temperature applications. From inexpensive MDF molds to high-end ceramic-coated molds we can provide you proper solutions. As we are located on an airport very close to a major port on the river Danube, we can produce such big molds, which are hard to deliver by regular road transport.

Engineering services


We do have more engineering capacity for aerospace industry as well as for general engineering. We have experience in design work, composites, CFD, CAM and prototyping.
